We do not accept postal returns using the downloadable return voucher in your personal area.

It is imperative to download your voucher within the standard deadline, we will not be able to provide you with another one if the deadline is exceeded.

Deliveries abroad are only made in Colissimo.

Chronopost home delivery in 24 to 48h working days : 6€

Colissimo home delivery in 2 to 3 working days :  8€

Chronopost parcels will be available at the withdrawal point for 7 days.  Afterwards, the parcels will be sent back to us and we will refund only the cost of the articles, or we can make the parcel available at our shop in Paris.

RETURNS

Libertie accepts the return of articles within 14 days following the reception of the order.  All returns must be sent to the following address:  Libertie, 28 rue Ginoux  75015 Paris

Any return addressed to a Relay or drop point will not be collected by our services. 

Returns for deliveries made in France excluding Corsica:

Physical returns are possible in our Parisian store (Boutique Libertie, 63 rue du Commerce 75015 Paris).  Please make sure to include inside your parcel a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and order number.

We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to order a new item / size / colour, a new order must be placed through our online shop.

For all orders sent to France our Return Procedure is simplified: a return request can be made on your Customer Account on our website, in order to obtain a return slip. Please note that a deduction of 3€ will be made from your final refund when using this return slip. 

Please use the original packaging for the return.

Returns for deliveries out of France:

Please return parcels to the following address:  Libertie, 28 rue Ginoux 75015 Paris. Returns are binding on the customer. Libertie does not take in charge any customs duties.

Please make sur to include inside your parcel a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and order number.

Libertie will only issue a refund if articles are in their original state (with their original packaging, bar code, tags and if unworn and unwashed).

Refunds will be issued within a week following the reception of the parcel in our premises, directly via www.boutiquelibertie.com

If you wish to return a defective product, we ask that you inform us by email before carrying out a return, otherwise the article will be sent back to you.  If the parcel has been damaged at the Drop Point please notify to the Drop Point in order to obtain a refund if one of the products has been damaged.
